cramped attic room missing shower door

the room i got was really disappointing. it lacked proper windows and had old, worn-out furniture. also, the shower door was missing and the tv didn't work. i asked to change rooms, but they claimed the hotel was full, which i seriously doubted. this.

charming stay

central location clean room smooth check-in

the location is perfect. it is right across from the metro and within a short walk to the city center. the room was clean and spacious. i found the advance communication regarding check-in very helpful (it made everything smooth).

the pillows were too flat for my liking.

there are numerous restaurants and breakfast cafés within a few minutes walk of the hotel. i found several options offering local cuisine at reasonable prices. (i recommend trying the goulash!).

the bathroom was quite large and benefited from natural light. the building has secured doors to both the main entrance and the hallway leading to the rooms. this added a sense of security.

the reception staff was professional and accommodating. they allowed me to store my luggage on the day of departure while i attended some business meetings. this was very helpful.
